چکیده
A total of 15 strains lactic acid bacteria (LAB) were isolated from the broiler chicken’s gastrointestinal tract. All isolates phenotypical and genetically identified. Among these isolates, only six biochemical (API 50 CHL ABIS soft) (16S rRNA sequencing) confirmed as Lactobacillus acidophilus, Limosilactobacillus fermentum, Levilactobacillus brevis, Ligilactobacillus salivarius. Probiotic properties, including tolerance to pH (pH 2.0 3.0), bile salts (0.3% oxgall), hemolysis activity, antibiotic susceptibility, evaluated. Three latter showed high resistance at low values (73.74% 98.20%) salt concentrations (77.89% 99.49%). The test presented 100% LAB gentamicin, lincomycin, enrofloxacin, streptomycin lower than 0.5 mm inhibition zone diameter. Selected (L. acidophilus IBNA 64, L. salivarius 33, 41) exposed spray-drying process based on observable probiotic potential. maltodextrin-glucose solution was used a thermoprotectant. After spray drying, reduction in strain viability noted (108 104 CFU/g). In conclusion, (IBNA 33 could be possible probiotic, further studies are needed ensure their safe application animal nutrition field with beneficial effects for improving performance pathogen microorganism control intestines equilibrating microbiota composition.

Antimicrobial Effect of Lactic Acid Bacteria against Common Pathogenic Bacteria
Abstract Background and Objective: Probiotics are living microorganisms that have beneficial effects on the health of digestive system. The aim of this study was to evaluate the antimicrobial ability of acidic and neutral supernatants (culture supernatant) of lactic acid bacteria against common bacterial pathogens. Meth...

Lactic acid bacteria comprise an ecologically diverse group of microorganisms united by formation of lactic acid as the primary metabolite of sugar metabolism (Davis et al., 1985b; 1988; Lonvaud-Funel, 1999; Carr et al., 2002; Liu, 2002). These bacteria utilize sugars by either homoor heterofermentative pathways (Section 2.4.1) as well as l-malic acid, a major acid present in grape must (Sectio...
